Items purchased from Olive French are eligible for a full refund or store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in the description of the item; with the following conditions:
1. All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
(A) TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
(B) VINTAGE/ THRIFTED GOODS
Vintage & Thrifted goods cannot be returned. Please make your selections with care and review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. As some of these items are preowned/ used/ in older condition, defects/ marks etc will be noted in the description.
Due to the delicate nature of Jewelry, it cannot be returned. (Unless it arrives damaged). If so, please email us right away.
HOW TO START A RETURN:
After you've read the full policy above:
1. Please email : email@example.com and notify me of
(A) Your order number.
(B) What item(s) you would like to return.
(C) Your return reason. (Feel free to attach any pictures as well)
(D) If you'd like to discuss an exchange for a different size or product (See exchange policy below)**
2. We will be in contact with you within 24 hours to approve/disapprove your return.
3. All orders come with a pre-printed return label in the original order package. Once your return is approved, pack your item, adhere your label to a shipping bag or box & send via USPS (you can even put the package in your outgoing mailbox at home if it fits) within 2 business days. If you need us to resend your shipping label, we can- just ask!
Please do not send your item without getting it approved first!
4. If refund was approved (If you followed the tips for approval above, this won't be a problem!), it will be initiated when Olive French receives your package. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your method of payment.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at Olive@olivefrench.com and let us know.
Due to limited stock, we do not offer guaranteed exchanges at this time. However, please let Britt know in your email if you wish to exchange for another size. If stock allows, we can try to accomodate (with free shipping too!)
