Easy Peasy Return Policy

Items purchased from Olive French are eligible for a full refund or store credit if returned within 14 days of delivery unless noted in the description of the item; with the following conditions:

1. All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

(A) GENERAL NEW ITEMS

We inspect each item thoroughly before shipping to you. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Be careful not to jam/ break any zippers or buttons.

(B) VINTAGE/ THRIFTED GOODS

Vintage & Thrifted goods cannot be returned. Please make your selections with care and review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. As some of these items are preowned/ used/ in older condition, defects/ marks etc will be noted in the description.

(C) ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED

Any final sale items will be noted as "final sale" in the description.

(C) JEWELRY

Due to the delicate nature of Jewelry, it cannot be returned.

(D) DAMAGES

If your package arrives damaged please see our shipment policy regarding damaged packages. If your item(s) arrives damaged please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at Olive@olivefrench.com and let us know. You have 5 days from delivery to report any damages.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

After you've read the full policy above:

1. Please email : olive@olivefrench.com and notify me of

(A) Your order number.

(B) What item(s) you would like to return.

(D) If you'd like to discuss an exchange for a different size or product (See exchange policy below)**

2. We will be in contact with you within 24 hours to approve/disapprove your return. Please do not send your item without getting it approved first. This is to protect both parties from lost/ misplaced packages! *Any items/ packages that are sent back without prior approval will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.*

3.Once your return is approved, you will be sent a $3.99 return label via email. Please print it, pack your item, adhere your label to a shipping bag or box & send via USPS (you can even put the package in your outgoing mailbox at home if it fits) within 2 business days of return approval. If you need us to resend your shipping label, we can- just ask!

4. Refunds: Your refund will be initiated when Olive French receives your package & approves your return. Once processed, your refund credit minus $3.99 for return processing will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your method of payment. We are also happy to refund you with an e-gift card at your request.

**EXCHANGES:

Due to limited stock, we do not offer guaranteed exchanges at this time. However, please let Britt know in your email if you wish to exchange for another size. If stock allows, we can try to accomodate (with no return processing fee)
